Working on a hybrid (remote/on-site) team, about 30-40 teammates. A team reorganisation is coming and I was tasked to set an engaging Virtual Team Building activity for Devs & Product, 1hr approx. Any good tips?

I’ve been saying exactly this. If you truly want to “bank the unbanked”, look to what UPI did in India, Pix in Brazil, M-Pesa in Africa - all in a few short years.
