I want to take a moment to acknowledge this young lioness of the links. She is a quiet young lady with a big roar on the course. Not only has she been the anchor for the ladies team, she has been a mentor to Lizzy. Congratulations to 2-time NBC Ladies Golf Champ @elizabethj1212

Approach shots like this which led to a pretty easy birdie give the boys golf team their first NBC shootout victory in Michael’s 3 plus seasons of golf. Congratulations to the team and Michael for being the medalists with a low round even par 36🏌🏾‍♂️

The Otsego Boys golf team finished 4th out of 8 teams at The Bulldog Invitational. Michael Budge, first on the left, was first among all golfers. Despite dual deluges, he shot an impressive 74. It was his first time as medalist at an invitational, but it won’t be his last.

Otsego Boys Golf played in the Sectionals at Heatherdowns CC. Rough day for the team and Michael did not get the outcome he wanted. They take the top 4 individuals not on a qualifying team. He was #6😞 There’s always next year!

Look who made 2nd team all NBC Conference. He finished 10th in the NBC championship today at Green Hills golf course and finished 9th overall in his league. We are SUPER proud of him!!! Congratulations Michael!!!

Congratulations to this trio. They participated in a BG Country Club event today and each placed. Michael and Lizzy finished first in their age group and Jacob finished 2nd. Michael shot a 35, which is Par for the course #futurepgastars🤣

Lizzy isn’t playing softball this year because no 12u town ball team so she decided she wanted to follow in big brothers shoes and learn golf. Had her first golf clinic at Stone Ridge Gf Course in BG. She sure looked the part❤️🏌️‍♀️

After 35 years of loving my job as an educator, I’m retiring on March 1st to begin the next chapter of my life. American Airlines has invited me to train for a flight attendant position. The most difficult part: leaving these truly awesome 7th graders a bit early. #OtsegoKnights

Used my afternoon off to teach Lizzy fractions through baking. Killed two birds with one stone. We made pumpkin 🍰 w/cream cheese frosting, cranberry/orange muffins, & truffle brownies. She can’t wait until she is old enough to take Personal Wellness @OtsegoFCS
