Slightly better today but only because I walked in and laid it out for 2 heads of departs and told them it was up to them if we succeeded or failed! Failure cost our customer$50k a day!! I am not management and the fact I am doing this is stupid!!

So on a stress meter that goes between 1-10 I’m at about 27. 4 meetings in the next 3.5 hours. Also have to put out one hell of a dumpster fire that is negatively affecting 2 huge jobs in the shop!! Give me the strength to stay calm and not lose my shit on higher ranked people
