Day 3 of the @CitImmCanada @marcomendicino Web Form (Case Specific Enquiry Portal) being down - same error as yesterday #FIXTHEPORTAL FYI before you suggest it, caches were cleared, different browsers were tried, computer was turned off/on, problem is wide spread!
