BYU gave up the field goal to end the season shutout, then didn't quite get into the endzone for the TD. Barring any more scoring, they settle for a 96-3 YTD score. So close, but not as cool as 100-0. (And yes, I know the level of competition wasn't great these first 2 games.)

Per @NBASarah, Utah acquired 2027 & 2031 picks from the Celtics. Boston owns a single 2ndRP in 2027: the more favorable of BOS & ORL. In 2031, the Celtics own 2: one from CLE, and HOU (if 56-60). I'd expect Utah grabbed the CLE pick, not HOU, but that's unconfirmed for now.

Jazz start early taking salary from teams, getting the Celtics within about $1.8M of the first apron. Utah nets two 2ndRPs in the process. Celtics owned 6 outright & 2 conditionally, so TBD which ones. Niang salary is $8.2M expiring, reducing the Collins TPE to the $18M range.

The Bridges extension talk is kind of funny. Yes, 4 years, $150M is a less than his max amount ($156M). But touting the additional financial flexibility storyline seems a little excessive. How much flexibility is ~$1.5M each year? What are the Knicks doing with that?

Springer was non-guaranteed through 7/25, with a partial guarantee of $400K if he lasted past that date. Roster now stands at: 14 gtd contracts 1 non-gtd (Martin) 2 two-way deals (Harkless & Luis) 1 unsigned two-way QO (Tshiebwe) 1 unsigned 2ndRP (Tonje) More to come.
