i luv so much that patients time is treated like it doesn’t matter at all and that if you show up 15 minutes late to an appointment they will not see you but your doctor can keep you waiting for literal hours.

15 yrs ago I saw a pain dr who couldn't help me. I mentioned him that I'd found disability community empowering & supportive. he told me that once I stopped hanging out with other disabled people I would get better. As if solidarity, support and community was causing my pain.
