@DGCAIndia @MoCA_GoI @IRCTCofficial @PMOIndia how long it takes a refund to get processed by irctcair. Almost 3months gone no reply from irctcair will they give us the refund or not. This the mail I have sent to irctc no reply from them.

@ushapadhee1996 @PMOIndia @flyspicejet @IndiGo6E @IRCTCofficial my name is nitheesh made a flight ticket in spicejet and indigo last year through irctcair app due to covid the flights has been canceled still now no response from irctcair. Indigo say your amount is refunded.

@RailwaySeva Ya sir I know is in process but already more then 15 days gone still how many days will it take. I have spoke with the Customer care also they said to send a mail. I did that also still I haven't reacived any reply mail your side.

@RailwaySeva Still not yet reacived the refund I spoke to the Customer care today they said it's been above 15 days you so send us a mail again. What is the use of sending mail no response. Please short out this problem.

@RailwaySeva Sir I have sent the mail 3 days before till now haven't got any reply.. contacted customer with 3mins of the call automatically gets cut.
