The way I gaslit myself for months thinking I’m just lazy and depressed and it turns out I’m severely iron deficient anemic and not only do I need an iron infusion but I also need blood because my hemoglobin is so low …. Ha .. love that for me. But also validating.

Bought this plain looking dumbo betta yesterday not realizing he was only plain looking due to stress because one day out of that cup and look at him! I didn’t even know he was a red boy when I got him! Wild.
