Democracy is a reflection of its people.When politicians win on Reservation or Freebie,they represent people's mandate. India may achieve democratic maturity,perhaps in 50+yrs due to corruption & incompetence of MLA,MPs,so dont expect hunger strike from MLA,MPs😀for civic needs.
