6) Indulge in a treat (e.g. a fav food, binge watch a tv show, takeout)
5) It's ok to disconnect from technology for a period of time. That can help with the societal stressors.
4) Focus on what you can control and impact (e.g. family, friends, colleagues, clients)
3) "Me" time is so important. Take time to prioritize your wants and needs DAILY. The things you want to do.
2) Remain optimistic. Despite the troubling times, its always best to see the options in all situations.
