Have you noticed that Costco Tulsa continues to increase the number of self service lines and reduce full service lines? It takes much longer to check out now. @Costco

@kevcham @Costco It will take awhile until people are thoroughly familiar with the check-out process. Needing to look up certain items doesn't help either. My wife and I have a system, I scan she bags.
