3 of 3 Slightly different kettle of fish when you try to get money they owe you, but still they have to be amazingly efficient to deal with so many millions of cases. Or are the Asylum Application staff just exceptionally incompetent?

1 of 3 According to todays news the Asylum Application system is struggling to cope. There are approximately 100,000 asylum seekers currently in the UK. It makes you think that the staff in Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs system must be superhuman.

So, water companies have been fined a total of £168million for ‘failures’. I guess that means our water rates will be going up soon. Where does the £168million go? Who gets it? I suspect there is a simple answer to those questions, but I doubt I will get one.

Just heard that 5 years ago Noddy Holder was diagnosed with oesophageal cancer and given 6 months to live. Noddy is still with us. I’m sure that his own positivity and determination have been a huge factor in this and I wish Noddy and his family all the best. ❤️

Politicians lie by default. All the time the say “we will” and “we would” when trying to win votes. In retrospect they never tell the truth, which everyone knows is “we never” and “we didn’t”!
