Unpopular opinion. We won’t hear boo from the SEC regarding their decision on XRP until they (not the SEC) decides how this whole “Ripple applies for a banking license” thing is going to play out. We won’t get too much too soon. We can’t all be ungovernable at the same time.

There will not be a future XRP buyback. That rumor needs to die. Why would they not buy it back for pennies on the dollar now (and keep us relatively long term broke). Kills two birds with one stone. The very mechanics of XRP makes a “buyback” unnecessary.
