One of the great political moves by the left in recent years has been convincing a large portion of America that the rich don’t pay taxes and it’s all poor people, when the exact opposite is true. The top 1% of earners pay 46% of all federal income taxes. The bottom 50% pay 2%.
I didn't want to accept the responsibility that I am here to help others. I always knew my purpose, but I couldn't handle it. Not when I was 11 or 15 or in my 20s. Now I am 34. I accept it. I was lost in denying responsibility through drugs, alcohol and silly childish desires.

If there was a revenue tax and no income tax, individuals wouldn't have to file taxes. Only businesses and it would be extremely simple. Revenue, not profit. If you take in a dollar, you play on it. As easy as sales tax. No profit figured in. Save all Americans time and money.

It's not an entitlement. But why allow the government to take our money upfront, use it for whatever they like in the meantime, and them send it back whenever they deem fit, in whatever amount they like? Leave our money in the people's hands. We earned it.

Schools and roads aren't paid for with income tax. Property tax, gas tax, traffic tickets, etc. pay for those. For a direct tax for military, maybe a tax on the purchase of firearms and ammunition. Our country was built on "keeping what you earn". Earnings shouldn't be taxed.
