Think it’s time to delete @Uber app, there always a surcharge, customer services is terrible and there’s a load of other can hailing apps out there

absolutely shocking experience at @PhoRestaurant #wimbledon last night. Waited 45 mins for food to arrive only for it to arrive cold and promptly sent back. Waited another 20 mins for the food to return, which it didn't, at which point we left!
