@RaigadPolice साहेब मी पेण आंबेगाव येथे राहतो. आत्ता जवळ जवळ रात्रीचे १.३० वाजले आहेत व अजूनही डी जे खूप मोठ्या मोठ्याने वाजवत आहेत. मी पेण पोलिस स्टेशन फोन लागत नाहीये. शेवट कंट्रोल केबिन अलिबाग येथून दुसरा नंबर घेतला. त्या साहेबांना फोन केला तरी डी जे काही बंद झाला नाही.

Govt must cancel restrictions on time period of taking INPUT TAX CREDIT as already they got revenue from the first party. And this is the main moto of GST Act that ITC must move in free flow with proper matching tool. Kindly remove restrictions.

Dear Friends / Professional colleagues Don't take rest from tomorrow until your Tax Audit work completed before 30.09.22 as per previous experience we can't get extention of due date of TAR so planned accordingly and finished it as earliest

जीएसटी कानून की धारा 16(4) के तहत इनपुट क्रेडिट लेने के अधिकार पर लगे प्रतिबंध में छूट दिए बिना जीएसटी एमनेस्टी का कोई बड़ा लाभ करदाताओं को होता दिखाई नहीं देता है। ध्यान रहे इस प्रतिबंध से संबंधित कर सरकार को प्राप्त हो चुका है । इस संबंध में जीएसटी काउंसिल को विचार करना चाहिए।

Request our FM @nsitharaman to unfreeze our credit ledger in portal, freezed u/s 16(4), in today's pandemic time so that we can file our pending returns before 30th Sep and get the benefits of late fees waiver. Take proper steps so that waiver can be availed by max Taxpayers.

But sir if FM is not listening from you big people's as Mahagurus in GST and various associations then as a individual practitioner if I write problems to her, they throw our letters in dustbin by saying act is correct read it again.
