@BBCWatchdog #cantcomplain @VillaPlusNews demanded my balance, even though my flights had been withdrawn, won't refund my deposit or respond to any communication. Would have moved holiday as did not want to fly now due to health risk , low immune , cancer survivor. Disgraceful
