As crap as this sounds, Puregym has helped me lose 10kg and genuinely helped stave off a depression that nearly killed me 2 years ago. Tired of people telling me that I need to get a grip. Mental health is health, and physical health is key to it.

We are locking down the whole country - again - and wreaking yet more devastation on our economy out of fear of a virus which does not present a serious threat to the vast majority of the population. Our leaders are being driven by panic and unreason. There must be a better way.
