pride says you can do this life on your own and don’t need God. quite literally, you think you’re your own God and don’t need someone to be your Lord and to save you from your sins. I’m very guilty of this atm

there’s distance between people that only prayer can fix, not therapy counseling or any of that. it might touch in the surface, but there a spiritual root that pray exposes and allows greater connection, can testify this is very true and God is even better

everything occurring in the natural/visible world has an origin of something that happened in the spiritual/invisible, when we pray, we intervene using the power God gave us in prayer to change the spiritual and affect our natural visible lives.
