Representation matters. After all, you can't be what you can't see. Seeing my daughter devour "Mira, Royal Detective" -- the first South Asian protagonist in a Disney show -- made this so real for me recently. I especially appreciate how the show artfully…lnkd.in/gR7u8H5n

Brave conversations matter. Tough to be honest, real & raw with feedback, but if you're willing to ask, the best will share. May not be "right” but can prompt you to ask the right ?s of your approach. And become deep, meaningful relationships. After all, it’s about the long game.
