I watched this video of a chef preparing #bear paw youtube.com/watch?v=5z1fcg… He dumped honey with scallion and ginger? in the initial braising, and later used #jujube and #goji So this kind of reminds me of #samgyetang and seems to be a hint for @FoodWarsAnime bear dish
