The problem, with listening to Rich Mullins in your 40’s while putting together a new chair on a Saturday morning, is that you randomly burst into tears and have to explain to teenagers that “Dad’s ok. He’s just all up in his feelings” 😂

Every year same small group rolls out the same divisive junk. Every year I go to the SBC worried about outcomes. Every year the Lord reminds me that Twitter isn’t reality, and that there are still plenty of normal faithful pastors and messengers that come to the meeting #SBC25

It’s kind of weird.Going to a prominent seminary I was told that men like Jimmy Carter and Eugene Peterson were not men to model.Yet over the last 20 years I have found myself desiring a life that looks a lot more like those 2 men than the fancy guys in suits that belittled them!

That Miami game was ridiculous! I don’t understand sitting out games before the season is over, but it happens. But Cam dressing, playing 1st half, sitting 2nd half, and then watching from the sideline as your team loses! Pitiful!
