Atypical Flutter of 305ms mapped and ablated with Affera and Sphere-9! Scar threshold decreased to 0.01mV to bring out low voltage posterior wall isthmus which was the target for ablation. One PF Lesion required to return to Sinus Rhythm #Affera #Sphere9
