On Sunday mornings all the men & boys in our ministry are invited to a special time of worship 2 hrs before service. We learn about worship, we sing some hymns, & we worship the Lord. It is a great aid to encourage men to lead their families in worship throughout the day & week.

We had lunch w/a family that has met in our ministry nearly 10 yrs ago. After lunch I met w/a young man whose parents serve in our kids' ministry (he got saved!). Tonight we're having dinner w/a new family that visited the last two Sundays. A shepherd should smell like sheep.

The natural man tends toward conflict, anger, yelling, bitterness, hate, fighting, pride, grudges, revenge, discord, & enmity. God’s children are peacemakers & they tend towards forgiveness, love, patience, humility, mercy, forbearance, meekness, kindness, unity, & friendship.

I am teaching anatomy and biblical sexuality to my boys each week. We had “the talk” today. How uncomfortable! Yet I am thankful to be able to teach them this with Scripture and not have them learn it incorrectly from some rando or a perverted and warped source like porn.

We serve as missionaries in Patagonia, southern Chile. Some of our men and boys got together this AM to learn about biblical masculinity. They do this once a month. It was the guys’ idea. I just show up, attend, and participate like any other of the men.

A preacher friend shared this great quote with me today: “God stops making deposits when He is no longer allowed to make withdrawals.” He wants us to be a funnel, not a bucket. He will give more through you than He would have given to you. Make me a channel of blessing, Lord!
