No one wants to pay 25K. That is as big a problem as labour laws. Last yr, I had talked to an Ola driver who worked in factory before driving Ola. He was being paid 8K in 2024 in Sahibabad. Also: Can't be employed in Steel factory which need skilled labour & won't work for 25K.
