Dangote has sacked some Nigerian employees for joining PENGASSAN, and I support this decision 100%. Dangote is not NNPC that would allow a union to undermine what he built with over $20B. Itās simple: we are a private company. If you want to do unionism, then go and join NNPC.
Dangote Refinery will die the day it allows unions. If PENGASSAN wants control, let them build their own refinery. You donāt invest $20B only to let a union dictate your moves. If Nigerian workers canāt do without unions, then Dangote should hire from abroad.
