The 80/20 rule for launching anything: 80% effort → basic functionality 15% effort → making it look decent 5% effort → obsessing over pixels Most founders flip this backwards. Ship at 80%. Improve from real feedback. Polish comes from profit, not perfection. Win.

How to validate your startup idea in 48 hours: Find 10 people with the problem Ask: "What's the most frustrating part about [problem]?" Mock up a simple solution Show it to 5 of them If 3+ say "I'd pay for this" = you're golden If not → pivot fast Validation beats perfection.

Startups don’t fail because of bad ideas. They fail because nobody gets the idea. Your brand should answer: ✅ What do you sell? ✅ Who’s it for? ✅ Why should I care? ✅ Why should I trust you? If your website can’t do that in 5 seconds, you’re losing leads.
