Congratulations to our INTERACT team - an innovative new teaching project that has just been awarded an RACGP education research grant. This program will integrate and support GP registrars as clinical teachers in the GP training setting. More GP role models = more GPs. #Training

Our new general practice MD2 subject is proving to be a hit with one student saying “I was 90% sure I wasn’t going to be a GP before this placement. After completing it, I am 90% sure I will be!” With feedback like that I think we are on the right track. #PrimaryCare #medicine

Post placement, students often express surprise at finding general practice so interesting and intellectually stimulating. If we could convert this surprise into common belief, maybe we could flip the 13.6% of graduates choosing general practice into 31%. #generalpractice
