@VZWSupport So if I understand you, my best course of action to get integrated messaging is to use Google Hangouts instead of VZ Message+?

@VZWSupport That's great for today, but what about a month from now when I've added more contacts? How do I keep the two lists in sync?
@VZWSupport I tried, but I see only the same 5 contacts (see new img). Can the Cloud app not see Google contacts?
@VZWSupport Yes, my contacts are in Gmail and on Message+ on the phone. But they're not on the website or VZ Cloud. Those 2 are empty.
@VZWSupport No, there is no error message, and I have not tried Backup Assistant. I thought BA was obsolete and should use Vz Cloud now?
@VZWSupport I checked everything! Also, you can see that none of my google contacts show up on the contacts screen.
