Which is crazy considering the typical amount of worker processes you should have is 1-8, even for 100 requests per second.
Trick is to use nginx. :) On such a poor VPS, though, it only ran smoothly with 500+ worker procs. Any less would cause the site to crash.
Did you know that lulzsecurity.com handled 80-100 requests per second at one point on a VPS with 100mb of RAM? And it loaded instantly too.
Honestly though, apart from the entertainment value, I must thank them for being my jail-free card by providing the feds with disinfo.
