day 5. i sold some of the rship clothes at beacon’s. we talked on the phone and it made me feel better. not sure how long that will last. i’ve a chocolate cookie, 2 slices of pizza and kava

day 4 break up recovery. had a berry smoothie and half of a bowl of pho. maybe will eat the rest after i shower. exchanged stuff w my ex & talked. went to yoga bc i was so sad and too sore to go to gym. st marks yoga is kinda great?

day 3 break up recovery. i brought my laptop to manousheh and worked, i got the kafta. then i had a part of a southwest whole foods salad but i couldn’t really stomach it. i joined bliink and went yesterday and today for 1hr. i hate how sad i get at night

ty for all the kind words. i literally thought this was the loml. i mean we had so so many plans together. and then they just broke up with me so abruptly. i feel so shocked and deeply heartbroken.
