I contacted Cal Fire a couple of years ago to discuss an idea I had to fight and extinguish wildfires. Utilizing surplus oilfield equipment and engineering processes, I could deliver a truck with perforated coiled steel tubing that holds thousands of feet of 1 1/2” or 2” tubing.
