Short 真的是让人惊艳的一个产品，桌面端收到一张带有二维码的图片，尝试性地用 Short 的 OCR 功能识别，居然识别出结果（即使官方没有特地介绍有二维码识别的功能）。真的是用心在做的产品 #产品细节

今天才明白为啥明明医保个人账户还有钱，但是医院还是要你刷现金（记账现金两个概念）如果想把个人自付部分的钱从医保个人账户里面扣可以开通个人账户活化功能。办理路径：“深圳医保”公众号 - 掌上办事 - 个人账户活化使用 - 开通。 PS. 可能会影响部分商业保险报销，开通前可以跟商保公司确认下。

记录下为了充值 OpenAI API 的成本： - 373CNY 买了 50USDT - 汇率差 1.26USDT - 用 50USDT 充值钱包 - 手续费 0.8USDT - 到账 49.2USDT 兑换成 48.71USD - 汇率 1:0.9901 - 充值 48.71USD 到虚拟卡最后得到 47.71 USD - 手续费 1.5% 最低 1USD 373CNY => 47.71USD 交易成本在 3.57USD 左右
