شاركت المنظمة الليبية للسياسات و الإستراتيجيات في المنتدى السنوي الثالث لمراكز التفكير المتوسطي حول التنمية البشرية كمحرك للتعاون في إطار الحوار لمجموعة 5+5 ، و التي تضم دول شمال افريقيا (و من بينها #ليبيا) و دول جنوب أوروبا. عقد المؤتمر في الجزائر من 25 إلى 27 يونيو 2018.
شهدت #ليبيا الأزمة المالية نفسها مع بداية 2011 وانتشر الخوف لدى المواطنين واختفت العملة من التداول، ولكن البنك المركزي تمكن من السيطرة على المشكلة وتم استرجاع تلك العملة في وقت قصير نسبيا للإطلاع: bit.ly/2tJg7qC

عانت الشبكة العامة للكهرباء خلال السنوات الماضية من أضرار مادية إضافة إلى توقف العمل بالعديد من مشاريع الإنتاج نتيجة مغادرة الشركات المنفذة بسبب الأحداث والاشتباكات المسلحة ما أدى إلى وقوع عجز كبير في تلبية الطلب على الطاقة الكهربائية، و اللجوء لقطع التيار الكهربائي لفترات طويلة.
المجتمع المدني واستراتيجيات مكافحة الفساد في الدول الديمقراطية أو التي تكون في مرحلة انتقال من الدكتاتورية إلى الديمقراطية يحتل المجتمع المدني مكانة مهمة حيث يقوم بدور مكمل للمؤسسات الرسمية في محاصرة الفساد، يلخص دور المجتمع المدني في مكافحة الفساد كالاتي: bit.ly/2szGSOo
التوعية العامة وتطويق الفساد يجب تنفيذ برامج للتوعية المجتمعية عن الفساد المالي وآثاره المدمرة، والسبل لمكافحته. تلك البرامج يجب أن تقودها الدولة ويكون للأسرة والمجتمع المدني والمؤسسات التعليمية والدينية دور فيها. للإطلاع: bit.ly/2kQcFX4
