所谓的圈子，本质上是一个利益共同体，成员之间有着相互的需求，且各自的能力能够彼此满足。不具备相应资源或者能力，硬挤进去就毫无意义。即便进去了，也无法形成有效互动。圈子的维系，靠的是成员之间的相互成就。
解决问题时，不要太着急。学会轻松面对不确定的事情。进行创造时，坦然面对荒谬和不切实际的东西。学习过程中，不要太迫于学会和记忆，首先只是适应它。试着先理解其意思，掌握主旨思想。
生产和贸易都是在创造财富。很多人总觉得只有生产是创造财富，贸易不是，但贸易可以让全世界的资源使用更合理，这就是对经济的贡献。
当一项重大决策被全体人员通过，大家都没有异议的时候，这可能是最危险的。大家可能陷入了某种定式思维的误区，只有当大家一起集思广益，把各种可能出现的问题都找出来，然后一一排除或者都考虑一遍以后，仍觉得可行的，风险才降到了最小。
很多人都说自己能吃苦，实际上是只能吃体力的苦，却吃不了这四种苦： * 脑力的苦：独立思考 * 自律的苦：克制忍耐 * 孤独的苦：读书学习 * 尊严的苦：能屈能伸
