The bottom line remains Etihad took my money , cancel the flight and then quietly change policy and now refuses to give me a refund. When I want to change flight I have to pay more fees but when Etihad cancel flight they get to keep the money !!!!

But after you submit a feedback you have to sign in on https://eap.okta-emea.comwhich customers do not have access so you can never retreive your feedback for future reference .

It is interesting how Etihad structure their websites. Booking is done on the main webiste etihad.com/en-ae/book

When I called to rebook they said I had to use the ticket by September 2022 or I have to pay a fare difference. I was never told of this before Its like buying a car and having it delivered with 3 wheels and then when its time to collect the 4th wheel they want to charge more.

I am sure any company is committing fraud if they are selling something that they do not have in this case selling 500 mbps speed and not able to meet the demand . As a result they throttle the speed or swap them between uploads and downloads

TIME BROADBAND SERVICES. Given the lockdown and everyone staying at home Time is having tremendous problems meeting the contracted internet broadband speed. The customer service staff are busy attending to customers and unable to solve their speed problems
