someone pulls out a comic book as their commander... do we riot or give a nod? (asking for a friend)
@lua_kahlua Omg that's so cool.
@lua_kahlua wow! are those two actual comic books? I thought it was just a giant-size card with the layout of a cover! Are they available anywhere other than the con?
@lua_kahlua Put it in a fake graded container and have the mana cost be where the grade is kinda like
@lua_kahlua Depends on the table space. If there is plenty of room and it's doesn't mess up people's boardstates, go for it! Otherwise, show it off as a neat thing as is it and stick to the card for the sake of play space.
@lua_kahlua Do these come with the Lair?! 👀 I would absolutely allow it
@lua_kahlua Obvious nod but when I Unexpectedly Absent it for 8 you have to go along with the bit
@lua_kahlua They gave these out with the premium passes at #MCVegas
@lua_kahlua We make them shuffle into their deck...somehow?
@lua_kahlua The only thing that would keep me from saying yes to this awesome idea is they would need to either get a sticker to show mana cost or write it in sharpie on the plastic otherwise no different in my mind then the old oversized cards
@lua_kahlua As long as you pull up the base on your phone cause I don't remember the mana cost. But the comics would be dope commanders
@lua_kahlua Either I'm blind or they don't have the mana cost on them. Either way I'd give it a pass, but only until the size becomes an "issue" 😉
@lua_kahlua Give a nod for sure, especially if its used as the playmat too
@lua_kahlua Good idea but only in USA ... MAYBE one day Wizard considerate other country on World for spécial édition...
@lua_kahlua I am 1000% just getting my Storm comic graded and doing it lol
@lua_kahlua Is that counterspell official?
