Struggling with your first move? Try this, • Think, hide your back hip from the catcher • You can also try hiding the front hip • Keep it hidden from the catcher as long as you can, then unload from your hip Stay sideways as long as possible. Rotate late. @FlatgroundApp

Windup tip, Try starting with back foot flush against the rubber like you would in the stretch position. Set up with body sideways or close to it. • Eliminates extra movement, cleans up direction • Improves transition between windup & stretch position @FlatgroundApp
