I still have to learn how to respect people who makes noise. The basic filter of "is other person getting disturbed because of me" is missing in a lot of people.

Problems in life become much more abstract, ambiguous, open-ended, unclear once we have solved our basic problems (money, basic career, etc) I feel getting "decent" paying job is one of the simplest problem to solve Ambiguity in life, career, relationship, etc starts beyond that

I found the phrase "What do you mean by...." is a very strong way to humble down someone who is just making up a random argument without much support. "Why do you think so.." also works ..

Mentally it is best when future is treated as a mystery to be unfolded , rather than having a prediction with a huge certainty. Certainty kills the joy out of it. Uncertainty is discomforting for sure in the first thought, but there are deep benefits to it.
