Leaving Cert students are not guinea pigs! There must be no rushed return to school just to fit in with an exams timetable. Cancel the exams, award everyone the cert and invest big to open access to 3rd level next year #canceltheleavingcert2021

Scotland has cancelled exams. Wales, England and NI have done the same. The Govt here is keeping exams and hasn't given LC students clarity yet on the alternative option. Not good enough. #LCClarityNow #NoExamsOrWeProtest #OpenAccess3rdLevel #canceltheleavingcert2021

No respect for @astiunion @TUIunion . Can’t believe I wanted to be a teacher. However, I know if I did become a teacher, I’d have the students best interests at heart and not compromise their futures because I want a bit of extra cash for correctingexams #canceltheleavingcert2021

#canceltheleavingcert2021 i have never felt this drained and unmotivated in my life and i’ve pretty much gotten to the point of giving up trying for the LC. you’re putting students under insane pressure and i’m fucking exhausted
