You can force GPT-4V to give wrong answers just by changing the filename of an uploaded image. I used the same image of a llama with two filenames: alpaca.jpg & llama.jpg. GPT-4V misidentified it by inferring too much from the filename. Lesson: use non-meaningful filenames!
