Could stubbing one’s toe badly generate enough immune response to reduce swelling in one’s knees? A friend off social media recovered 50-80% in 9 months from a knee injury yet went from 80-97% the day after they stubbed their toe. Forwarding to med followers welcome.

Problem: Messages for macOS has a numbered badge but you can’t find any unread messages. Solution: Choose View -> Unread Messages then switch back to View -> All Messages, and that will clear the badge.

“Get app for M1” was never a good idea, but it’s even worse now that there’s an M2. If one refuses to use a Universal Binary, I’d say at least use “Get app for Apple Silicon” to future-proof a bit. I suppose those doing this are least receptive to such advice.
