Same standards in Chennai too. Can’t ask for ventilation, natural light, service areas, usable spaces. Yet people throw crores at such crappy homes. When I asked @doshihousing why there was no space in the balcony even for two people to sit, they said it was “Singapore style” 🤦‍♂️

Received Fedex scam call from +918134991076 story was that I had sent some parcel from Mumbai to Iran/q and it is stuck .. cut him off right there. Free country for these scum - scam call centres. Where do I report this?

Imo, can’t build your career & skillset with a trader mindset. Gotta think of it like R&D - get massive returns after good time investment I’ve done free internships in college for learning. Paid off later. Applies to paid jobs too. Folks can be shortsighted abt ctc, title etc.,

10 minutes and all is fine. But the pathetic support you get on quickcommerce like @ZeptoNow is why I’d always buy high value stuff on Amazon - you trust that Amazon will put your needs first, vs. template chat replies from @zeptocares - Can’t even resolve simple issues !

Came to the same conclusion about 8-9 years back when my salary became taxable. I still follow it, grudgingly- cause I now understand the quality of life I get per tax dollar is pathetic compared to many parts of the world. Yet, it’s worth having peace of mind and zero guilt 💯

Nope. Assuming this refers to ChatGPT style Chat/Voice Interfaces, they're a lot more cumbersome than function-specific UI(usually tailormade) Think of booking a cab in 2 clicks vs talking to a chatbot. 2 clicks IS easier. Can AI generate UI? Probably Can AI replace UI? Nope
