In Cadre Restructuring of 2013(without inputs of stakeholders), Posts of DOS & STA were merged to EA by @dghrd_cbic. After 9yrs, No Promotions held, no vacancies filled. Now Jr EA is being created without considering the inputs of stakeholders. Isn't it shameful @cbic_india ?

@cbic_india Pls go through this. No rule prescribed that OTR in EA should be sent to @DoPTGoI for approval, then why we have sent there? In case of OTR in insp, only consultation of #UPSC is required, no approval is required in that case also. Pull back the file pls 😛

Thank u @cbic_india for the Promotion order of CAO, GST. U have given a reason to smile to many today. Pls look into the #OTR_CBIC issue. Thousands of staff and their families r eagerly waiting for a +ve outcome. NO DPC in EA/Insp happening since 2016. It's been 2 long. Help pls

#TrailerOfStrikeInCBIC Since the notification of new RR in 2015, @cbic_india could not give a single promotion on the basis of new qualifying service of mammoth 10 yrs. But in @IncomeTaxIndia same cadre of TAs are getting promotion in 3 yrs. Are we being left out intentionally?
