We talk about mental health and how it affects ppl all the time. What we do not talk about is the hassle for ppl who come from atolls, unavailability of medication, low numbers of mental health professionals and less resources we have.

If you want the Almighty to help you then help others. Remember, He’s the Owner of everything. Whatever you have, comes from Him. As much as He gives, He can also take away in the blink of an eye. So be wary how you treat people. He’s aware and knows everything that you do.

Don’t curse delays. No matter how much you hate it. It’s human nature to want things to happen when we want them. But the truth is, behind every delay, there's a blessing. Do not regard every delay as negative. Remember, the Almighty knows what we don’t. So lay your full trust!

I cringe when people say, "Mentally strong people never give up!" Nope, you quit that toxic job. Quit that unhealthy relationship. Quit that business you started that turned out to be a bad idea. Holding onto unhealthy things drains your mental strength more than quitting does.

Be mindful of your reactions. When you’re negative, it will bring about negative consequences. Always choose kindness, love and compassion over anger, pride, jealousy, arrogance and malice. Learn to respond in a positive manner. It will have a huge impact on your life!

Our weakest moments show up the strength of our faith. When the storm hits, what do we do? Is the Almighty the first One we turn to for help? Involve Him from the start. He’s the only One who will help you in your lowest moments. Don’t count on others. They’ll fail you miserably!

Stop seeking approval from people. The truth is it’s a never ending process. The more you seek it, the more you’ll want it. You’ll get to a stage where you can’t move on till you get people’s approval. Stop in your tracks! The only approval you need is from the One who made you!
