4.Staggered payment of civil servants salaries, thereby rendering them impoverished We will continue to hold the federal, state and local governments accountable. We will continue to ask questions and demand for answers, even if it means going to the courts.

2. There is no bidding 4 contracts in KDSG, it is purely a referral system with signature frm above. 3. Most projects & contracts dat were inaugurated or where groundbreaking ceremonies took place remain desolate. No single wheelbarrow has been taken there for project execution.
