It's with heavy hearts that we post to inform you that Fred unfortunately and unexpectedly passed away last week. We know he connected with many people on here. Rest in peace Fred, with all our love and reluctant hugs. Indeed.

Definitely worth shopping around on diesel, Asda Ballyclare seems about 2 price rises behind, might have been 1.63,have seen almost1. 90 other places, Ballyrobert for one. It wasnt that price when i was at Primary School there, but then again we mostly used horse and trap then.

First swim in over2years and a nice lunch in The Prom,some sort of normality returning,though seeing someone out walking alone muzzled in the pouring rain reminded me they still live among us.
