@manicode It is so interesting. Just reading those words again: Lisp, FORTRAN, cobol. I’m sure the government is rife with old programs, given it is funded kind of like public schools are.

@manicode I dread the memory of my dad’s frown of disappointment. I spent my savings on a 1200 baud modem for Commodore 64, to him I was on the path of FORTRAN and ruin, a burden to myself and others. He had failed to instill COBOL values in me.
