Looks like quite a good proposal, an actual mixed-use development and a variety of densities and very few dead-end cul-de-sacs. As long as there's good provision of amenities within a 15-20 walk of all homes then this is the sort of development we should be building in the UK!

A couple of days ago I overheard a gentleman express how he wished the maps at Edinburgh bus stops would clearly show stopping services and their destinations. Here is my solution to his problem, inspired by London's bus spider maps. @on_lothianbuses @Edinburgh_CC

Great to see this finally confirmed, the Mk5As are a perfect match for Chiltern. I'll definitely miss the Mk3s though, genuinely the most comfortable carriages I've ever experienced in the UK.

Managed to see some of my favourite diesel locomotives at #TheGreatestGathering, nothing beats a peak in my opinion!
The problem with 'pausing' the electrification is exactly this - teams get disbanded and plans get scrapped, which means that if the scheme restarts, you need to build up those teams and plans again - it ends up costing more and requiring more effort in the long run!
