Do not define yourself by your wins and losses. Define yourself by the struggle and process you took to get there.

How can it be that even though I have changed so much in the past time I’m still not who I wanna be? I have to keep reminding myself to love the progress. ✨it’s never easy✨

I always thought you couldn’t enjoy life while becoming who you wanna be, but I recently learned that all life is about is enjoying the time it takes to getting to your happy place.

Working on your new lifestyle is like writing a book and creating a new main character. You are the main character of your life!
